Last month was quite eventful with a new book release, and now I have so much more awesome news to share with you for June, too! Let’s get into it:
What I Wrote Last Month
Found, my YA fantasy short story collection, was published last month!
Thank you to EVERYONE who preordered and bought a copy of Found!
I also want to say a big THANK YOU to all the ARC readres that read and reviewed their copies of Found! I really appreciate all the love and support given to this work, especially given how experimental it was for me to write this compared to past works. I recorded and posted a Youtube video about the inspirations for Found back in late April, so check that out if you want to know more about it!
WIPS
I FINALLY finished writing Draft 1 of Faerie Manor back in early May 2026. I’m really glad to get this done.
I also finished writing Draft 1 of Oh No, We’re The Chosen Ones! I’m also glad to get this done so I can focus on other WIPs and upcoming events for June.
I also started writing a SEQUEL SERIES to the Harlow Mystery series, starring Aria Hawthorn (Aubri Harlow’s twin sister)! I won’t spill too many details about this yet, other than Draft 1 of Book 1 being in progress.

Mark Your Calendars For Canada Fiction Fest! 📆 🍁
Canada Fiction Fest is an online showcase run by N.P. Thompson that features ALL CANADIAN writers, from traditionally-published to self-published authors like myself! Think of it as a GIANT VIRTUAL BOOK FAIR, but every author is Canadian.
