A LOT was done back in April 2026. Here’s a quick recap of what I’ve been up to:
What Did I Write Last Month?
I’ve been steadily writing the first drafts of two books: Faerie Manor andOh No, We’re The Chosen Ones! I sadly didn’t complete writing the first drafts of either book, but hopefully I will this month? Or by the end of June? We’ll see.
I also wrote the first draft of a Bluebeard-inspired novella in 3-4 days.
Yes, this actually happened. I’m still shocked that it did.
I’m surprised at the progress I made with this random new project, but I’m extremely pleased with the direction it’s going and I look forward to editing it later!
Aside from writing, I also posted more author Youtube videos, including:

- HOT TAKES on prologues & epilogues with Dianna Gunn from the Weeknight Writers community

Found, my upcoming YA fantasy short story collection, will be published on May 18th, 2026!
