Three Poems Published In We Have Food At Home: “Teatime,” “Cravings,” “Spice”

Hello, readers!

In addition to my murder mystery book “Engagement To Die For” being on preorder starting today and releasing on June 20th, I’m ALSO happy to announce that my three poems “Teatime,” Cravings,” and “Spice” are all published in We Have Food At Home!

We Have Food At Home is a new literary magazine/site devoted to food-related fiction, poetry, and personal essays! I am extremely grateful to Praya, who runs WHFAH, for accepting my three poems as the very first pieces to be published on the site. “Teatime,” “Cravings,” and “Spice” are all short poems that I tried writing in the tanka style. A tanka has lines where each line is 5 syllables, then 7, then 5, then 7, then two more lines with 5 syllables.

For those interested in submitting to WHFAH, the submission guidelines can be found here. It’s also a paying publication, for those who are curious.

Thank you again to We Have Food At Home for accepting my work, and you can click here to check out my poetry!
