Hello fellow readers! This post is a bit different from my usual weekly posts. Instead of a book review, I decided to write about the books I’ve DNF’d (a.k.a. did not finish reading) during this year. I’ve written about the worst books I’ve read and the best books I’ve read, but I’ve never discussed the…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’m reviewing “Pumpkin Spice Pie-Jinks” by Selina J. Eckert! This book is the prequel to the “Pie-Jinks” series by the same author. But, you don’t have to know anything about the series before reading it. I didn’t know anything about it being attached to a series…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’m reviewing “Christmas Caramel Murder” by Joanne Fluke! I know it’s not December yet, but the Christmas season is always fast to approach once November starts, so I thought picking up some holiday-related reads to review would be fitting. Here’s a quick summary so we know…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’m reading “Once A Dreamer” by Candice Hern! I usually don’t read historical romance, but it’s been a while since I last read and reviewed a romance novel. With that in mind, I thought it would be fun to pick up this book. Here’s a quick…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’m reviewing “Just Roll With It” by Veronica Agarwal and Lee Durfey-Lavoie! Here’s a quick summary so we know what it’s about: “As long as Maggie rolls the right number, nothing can go wrong . . . right? Maggie just wants to get through her first…
I’m back with another book review and this time I’m reviewing “K-Pop Confidential” by Stephan Lee! It’s not often that I hear about books with a k-pop music industry setting, so I picked this one up out of interest to see how it goes. Here’s a quick summary so we know what it’s about: “Candace…
Happy October, everyone! I’m back with another book review and this time I’m reviewing “The Murder of Mr. Wickham” by Claudia Gray! I’ve read other books by her before, but this is the first straight-up mystery that I’ve read by this author. Here’s a quick summary so we know what it’s about: “The happily married…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’m reviewing “Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs Vol. 2” by Yomu Mishima! I read the first book and enjoyed reading it, so I decided to pick up the second book and see how this goes! Here’s a…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’ll be reviewing “Caramel Pecan Roll Murder” by Joanne Fluke! I’ve read many of her books admittedly out of order, but it’s fair to say that I have a love-hate relationship with this series. At this time of writing, however, “Caramel Pecan Roll Murder” is…
I’m back with another book review, and this time I’m reviewing “Fudge Cupcake Murder” by Joanne Fluke! It’s been a while since I reviewed one of her books, and I have a love-hate history with reading her works, especially since I’ve read and reviewed many books from her Hannah Swensen cozy mystery series at this…
